Arnold Haney - Receiving stolen property. Pled guilty. Found guilty. It is hereby ordered, adjudged and decreed that as a drug court sanction, the defendant shall serve 180 days in jail. The defendant shall unsuccessfully be discharged from the Pike County Drug Court Docket and and found guilty. Upon completion of the jail days, the defendant shall be placed on community control for a period of three years and shall follow all rules and recommendations of the probation officer. The defendant may be furloughed from jail to attend and successfully complete a residential drug treatment program at the discretion of the Pike County Probation Department. The defendant shall successfully complete the residential drug treatment program and follow all rules and recommendations of the facility. If the defendant fails to complete the program, the defendant shall be returned to jail to finish the remaining sentence.
