The 56th annual Bristol Village Fair will be held on Friday, Oct. 11 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on Saturday, Oct. 12 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Bristol Village Glenn Center located at 625 Fifth Street in Waverly.
Around 20 vendors will be selling hand-made arts and crafts at the event, including wood crafts, paintings, stained glass, drawings, fused glass, doll clothes, greeting cards, cement leaves, polished stones, and one-of a-kind gifts. A bake sale, flower arranging, golden elephant, used books and a scarf and purse boutique will also be available at the fair.
Anyone needing household items is invited to a White Elephant sale to be held at 532 E. Seventh Street on Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The fair will also feature Coffee Corner at the Glenn Center Lounge adjacent to the stage near the baked goods table where visitors can enjoy free coffee and “sit-a-spell.” A variety of musicians who reside at Bristol Village will provide musical entertainment at the Glenn Center auditorium.
Terrace Cafe will be open to fair visitors from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday only.
A percentage of proceeds from the event will be used by the Arts and Crafts Committee to support Bristol Village resident activities.
The Bristol Village Fair is open to the public.
