Nancy Curry, an employee of Waverly’s Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles, was recently honored by Lifeline of Ohio with a certificate of appreciation.

Lifeline of Ohio placed a rose on the “Donate Life” float in the 2014 Rose Bowl Parade in honor of Curry and the Waverly BMV. Curry is a donor mom who made the decision to give the gift of donation for her late son, Samuel Mackey.

“Lifeline of Ohio was the greatest organization I’ve every dealt with. If someone could make a situation like that better, they certainly did. Our family is proud that Sam could be a donor,” said Curry.
